Empowering Parent Coaching

Circle of Security Parenting (COSP) is an attachment theory based programme that strengthens the promotes secure attachment relationships between parents and children.

 

Using the visual “Circle of Security” framework, the programme helps parents understand their child’s needs for both exploration and comfort.

Through learning to recognising and responding to these needs, parents become their child’s secure base and safe haven. This supports healthy emotional development and builds confidence in everyday parenting moments.

Circle of Security Parenting is offered as over 7 consecutive weeks via zoom as an online group.   Group cohorts will be arranged on an adhoc basis.
